Litian Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. had established since 2015, who keeping on to provide good quality sales and services to the Northern regional of Malaysia for fulfilling market demand with different brands of automotive battery such ELITO, AMARON, MOTOTEX and EVOCELL.
Our Director – Mr. Tan Peng Joo who had more than 10 years experiences on automotive distribution and retails sales, he used to be automotive battery salesman and today he successfully leading his team standing a strong position in Northern regional as a brand distributor.
Currently, Litian company size with 15 employees and more than 450 existing customers based. With these resources, Litian was able to survive and making profit throughout this covid pandemic. Litian had managed to increased 174% of average monthly sales which from RM340,124 to RM934,200 between 2017 to 2019. Because of the impact of covid pandemic, total average monthly sales slightly dropped at 9.4% and average monthly sales of RM853,354 for 2020.
Litian always look for a product come with good value of money to supply in the market and building good relationship with suppliers and customers. Until we found ELITO Battery, Unified Electro-tech Private Limited which we believe and confident that this association will writing a new milestone for Litian and Unified Electro-tech.
The major challenge facing Litian is how to cooperate with supplier to getting a mutual win-win situation as bring in a new brand of battery into Malaysia.
An evaluation of the company’s internal strengths and weakness and external opportunities and threats served as a foundation for the strategics analysis and marketing plan. The plan focuses on ELITO battery marketing strategies, development and suggesting new brand and services for existing customers.
